Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MissedCallPro website and services operated by Pledge Enterprises LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

MissedCallPro provides AI-powered missed-call recovery, automated text-back, appointment booking, and customer engagement services for businesses. Our services include automated SMS/MMS messaging, call handling, voicemail transcription, CRM integration, and related customer communication tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use our services.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

• You consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number you provide, including missed call notifications, appointment reminders, and service updates.
• Message frequency varies. You may receive between 1 and 10 messages per month.
• Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

5. Fees, Pricing and Your Founder Rate

Fees are those displayed at checkout at the time you subscribe: a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription fee. The monthly fee is first charged 30 days after signup and recurs monthly thereafter until cancelled.

Founder rate. Your founder rate is locked for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll join at the rate current at that time. The rate is tied to the continuous life of your subscription, not to any other period.

Included voice minutes and overage. Your subscription includes 500 AI receptionist minutes per calendar month. Additional minutes are billed at our platform provider's prevailing rate, passed through without markup. Unused minutes do not carry over.

We may change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Any change to the fees payable under an existing active subscription will be notified in advance in accordance with Section 14.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law
• Send unsolicited messages, spam, or bulk communications
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Site and services are the property of Pledge Enterprises LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party services (Twilio, CRM platforms, calendar services). Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the delivery of any SMS/MMS message, as delivery depends on mobile carrier networks beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pledge Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pledge Enterprises LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
